The Saint Louis Bosnian community
Apparently Saint Louis has Bosnian population outside of Bosnia—I knew it was large but I didn’t know it was that large.
Been meaning to check out the food there. My last Bosnian meal, documented in an as-yet-unpublished blog post, was at Houston’s Café Pita and was absolutely fantastic. Hopefully the food here lives up to it, and it should as a matter of statistics.
