  Bourbon cherry time¹.

  1. Great for cocktail cherries, and the leftover liquid makes a great cordial. Use this recipe; just substitute bourbon for brandy (or use brandy, or play around with something else!). While you’re at it,use the Manhattan recipe too, and drop a cherry in it. ↩
